Your purchase of Training packages or learning program indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below,
refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Techmindz.
In general, these guidelines apply for payment, refund and cancellation.

FEES
1. The payment process shall be initiated during the time of registration or on purchasing the learning program by the student.
2. The Techmindz shall not admit registration for the learning programme until the payment has been received.
3. The student shall not be entitled for refund of the registration fee and the tuition fee payment if he/she did not attend the course without any         interruption.
4. The payment can be made through cash, cheque, bank transfer and via online method of payment.
5. A payment receipt will be issued for every fee payment and must be retained for future reference.
6. All fees are due and must be paid in full within 05 days of the time limit prescribed by Techmindz as per payment structure.

Fees Structure: The student have to follow the fee structure while making payments;
● First Payment: The student has to pay initially 40% of the total fees on the date of commencement of the course/ learning program.
● Second Payment: The second phase of the payment will be 30% of the total fees which will be due after completion of the 30th day of commencement.
● Final Payment: The final 30% out of the total fees, will be due after completion of the 60th Day of commencement.
● The payment structure shall be varied for other short-term courses.

If the payments are due upon the specified time prescribed in the fee policy, the students are eligible to get 5 days extra time for making payment provided a late fee of up to 10% may apply. Techmindz shall have the right to suspend the course of the student and shall retained if the student makes the full payment which includes late fee as well. The students shall have access to recorded session which may available for the missed classes during the suspended time.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

Refunds Procedures
1. The student has to request for refund for the training fee that has to be made before the date of commencement of the classes.
2. The training fee paid will be refunded after deducting 25% as procedural and operational charges, while the admission fee is non-refundable.
3. If the student has paid for the course in full and is leaving in the middle of the prescribed period, the student will not be refunded out of fees deposited earlier for the remaining period, on a pro- rata basis.
4. No refund will be available If the student has not acquired confirmed class attendance.
5. A refund will be considered once the student submits a proper cancellation and refund request, including authorization and proof of transaction, to HR Manager and Accounts Department.
6. Refunds will be made only through the payment solution/wallet used by the Candidate for fee payment. The refund will be processed within 30 working days after the management approval.
7. If the payment is made through credit card, a charge-back option should not be utilized without intimating and obtaining the approval from Techmindz.
8. If the student is terminated or suspended for breach of conduct or non-payment, any unpaid fees due immediately or the full course will be collected by Techmindz. If a student has paid in instalments and withdraws, the fee will be adjusted based on the days attended.
9. A refund will be granted for valid issues such as over-payment, duplicate payment, accidental payment, or payment made when not due, resulting in a credit balance, or other similar situations.
10. The final determination of fees to be owed is at the sole discretion of Techmindz and will be calculated from the date of student’s written notice.
11. The Certificate will not be issued to any student that has not paid their fees in full.
12. Refunds shall be subject to the approval of the HR Manager.
13. Deductions, if any/ applicable at the time of refund.
14. Candidates will be formally notified on their cancellation/refund request, which may approve or denied, in accordance with the applicable policies.
15. If a refund, in case of approval, is not credited or reflected in the designated account of the student shall within 30 working days from the date of notification of refund, with the necessary verification from the related bank/ credit card Company, may contact the HR Manager.
16. Applications for refund shall not be entertained on Saturday, Sunday and on Public Holidays.
